⩩ All commissioned artworks are for personal use only. You may use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, or for display purposes, but commercial use is strictly prohibited unless commercial rights have been purchased.⩩ For commercial inquiries, please contact me via email. Additional fees will apply for commercial rights.⩩ I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork. Uploading my work to any AI engine or tool is strictly prohibited.⩩ I have the right to share commissioned work on my social media platforms and include it in my professional portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client.⩩ Listed prices reflect base rates. Final pricing may increase depending on the complexity of the commission, including detailed designs, backgrounds, props, etc.⩩ I reserve the right to decline a commission if it falls outside my skill set or includes subject matter I am not comfortable drawing.⩩ Please allow up to two (2) months for completion of your commission unless stated otherwise. I prioritize quality and detail in each piece.⩩ Rush orders are available by request and will incur additional fees based on the urgency and deadline.⩩ You are welcome to ask for progress updates, especially if you haven’t received one in a while.
I typically provide updates at the following stages (this is not applicable for skeb/surprise me services) :
▹ Rough Sketch
▹ Flat Colors
▹ Final Check⩩ Clear visual references are extremely encouraged. Commissions based solely on written descriptions may be a cause of misunderstanding and ends up to it being declined.⩩ Providing complete and clear references ensures accuracy and minimizes mistakes during the process.⩩ Pay before 48 hrs via PayPal before I start sketching.⩩ If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a partial refund will be issued based on the progress made. A minimum of 25% of the total cost will be retained.⩩ If you display aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior during the process, I reserve the right to cancel your commission. In such cases, you will be refunded, but 50% of the total cost will be retained.⩩ After receiving your payment, I will begin your commission and provide work-in-progress images for your review:
▹ Sketch approval (required before continuing)
▹ Flat color stage (if applicable)⩩ No refunds will be granted unless initiated by me.⩩ Upon completion, you will receive a final preview and may request up to three (3) color changes. Any further changes will require an additional fee, payable in full before edits are made.⩩ Final deliverables include:
▹ High-resolution .PNG file
▹ Watermarked .JPEG for social media use
▹ No physical products will be shipped

Leaving out a review once the commission is finished is highly encouraged and appreciated.

⩩ Upfront payment by default. please contact me if interested but can't pay full price in one go or want it to be on hold.⩩ Credit me as the artist and designer of the character (@/fumicatt).⩩ You can modify the character design.⩩ Can resell of gift in a LOWER price unless it has extra art.⩩ No refunds.
